Returns & Refunds at Windsor Clock & Watch
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the rare occurrence the product arrives damaged or has an obvious manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not notify us of the damage/defects within two business days of you receiving the item, returns/refunds/exchanges may be unavailable.
If the product was delivered via white glove delivery service on floor clocks you must refuse delivery of the item and notify us immediately. If you do not note refuse delivery of these items returns/refunds/exchanges may be unavailable.
For smaller items we will send a return package slip by mail and all you have to do is attach the slip to the original box and re-ship the product back to the manufacturer.
For larger items such as floor clocks if delivery was refused, the freight company will return the item, once the item is returned. We will send a replacement for delivery at no extra cost.
Cancellation of an order.
Once your order is placed with us, we will submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This occurs on the same Day the order was placed before 2:00 central standard time or the next business day excluding holidays and weekends.
Once the step has been completed, Windsor clock and watch and the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. All order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No exceptions.
If your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our helpful customer service experts at Windsor clock and watch. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your credit card statement.
For items where the product excluding floor clocks arrives in good condition but you would prefer to exchange it for another product, you will be responsible for the return shipping back to the manufacturer, the shipping cost of the new product, and a 10% restocking fee on the original product. For orders where the product excluding floor clocks arrives in good condition but you prefer to return it and get a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges/refunds are unavailable for floor clocks unless the original arrives damaged/defective and you notify us that you would like a refund before we schedule a replacement for shipment pick up. If the original arrives damaged and the replacement is scheduled for delivery or has already shipped the order cannot be canceled. As such the opportunity to exchange or return the item for a refund will be unavailable. If you refuse delivery of the clock that is in good condition with the intention of receiving a refund and it is returned to the manufacture you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Plus any additional shipping costs, attempted delivery fee, and a 15% restocking fee. These costs/fees will be deducted from your refund. For evidence/receipts of these fees please contact Windsor clock and watch. If any product arrives damaged and you originally prefer a replacement, once shipment pick up for the replacement has been scheduled and the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. As such the cancellation cannot be completed at this point. But items other than floor clocks can be returned under our standard policy where the customer must pay for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Express shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Exchanges, if applicable
We reserve the right to only replace items if they are defective or damaged if you would like to exchange it for the same item please contact Windsor clock and watch.
Unless originally damaged due to delivery or manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for setting up and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable if you request a full refund. If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive your item or that it will be in the same condition you received it. Refunds if applicable, once you return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item We will also notify you of the approval or the rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card in the original method of payment within 1 to 5 business days.
