They take care of everything from basic watch batteries to my complicated German cuckoo clock. Their service is fantastic and they back up all of their work. I went so far as to buy a Ball watch because I know they are the exclusive dealer in the area and would be able to take care of it. This place is everything you want in a local business. I’ll never go anywhere else.

After a move, our little Bulova pendulum clock wasn’t working. I looked for clock repair places in the area and thought I’d try them. Their customer service and repair were great! The whole process was simple and quick. I’d recommend them!

Always been 100% happy with Windsor. My first purchase was a Howard Miller mantle clock in ’93, and I’ve purchase two additional Millers since. Purchased a few watch bands through the years, as well as many batteries replaced. Service is always quick and friendly. Purchased my first (Citizen) watch last week and extremely happy with the price. It was $50 less than Citizen’s own site. I could have got it for $40 less on Amazon, but I’d rather support a local business, as well as have someone local who cares if I have a problem.

Has anyone ever needed to take a link out of a watch they own? I visited multiple locations between the malls and jewelry stores with no luck. However I was finally sent to go visit Phil at Windsor Clock & Watch. It was an awesome experience! He was quick with the links and couldn’t be a friendlier guy to have a chat with. Definitely would recommend this as the go-to place for any watch maintenance/upkeep needed on your pieces.

My mom had recommended Windsor Clock & Watch to me previously as an outstanding local Des Moines business. So when my trusty Timex watch broke, I decided to check them out and am very thankful that I did! The customer service is phenomenal, and the shop itself is so much fun to explore (the grandfather clocks on display are gorgeous). On top of that, they did a great job fixing my watch and it’s running like new again.
